Next Yoga Vacation: The Sacred Valley of Peru
We are happy to announce a Karma Yoga Journey returning again to Peru starting on May 17, 2008 and running for 15 days. After first arriving in Cusco, participants will volunteer at an orphanage, teach children, do art and play therapy for children, and plant native trees to replenish local forests in the same area as the orphange (final projects are to be determined by placing the group within the project most needed by the community). Along with Karma Yoga practices, participants will enjoy excursions to cultural and historic sites including Incan ruins and Andean hikes in the Sacred Valley.
